Robert brings over 30 years experience and wisdom to the giving of advice, with a particular emphasis on those in, or approaching, retirement. (And increasingly it must be said, their sons and daughters starting families of their own)
As a self-employed business owner, Robert has naturally cultivated an advice-service that is personal, client-focused and tailored. This recognises that whilst many people might share the same goals and objectives, they each start from a different place, with solutions and recommendations needing to be varied to suit.
Robert’s studies include a Bachelor of Commerce and later diplomas in both insurance and financial planning, plus the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation through the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of which he is a member.
Out of the office Robert is a member of the North Ringwood Uniting Church where in 2009 he established an overseas aid organisation called Medical Sailing Ministries (www.msm.org.au) combining his love of ocean sailing and the desire to do something useful with his skills and resources.
Robert lives with his bookkeeper (and wife) Linda and enjoys following the adventures and achievements of his two adult sons Matt and James.
